Arggh! Another cliffhanger, darn it! At least he did manage to beat Watson home... I shudder to think of the alternative.

Your Mycroft is fabulous, and probably the only person alive who could out-logic Holmes so effectively. Their entire exchange was lovely, and deeply satisfying - of course Mycroft figured out the whole story based on a single careless remark and the tell-tale finger mark of anguish ;)
